Smile has released TextExpander 4.0.1, a maintenance follow-up for the recently updated typing shortcut utility with a modicum of fixes and improvements. The release restores transparency to menu bar icon, makes the checkbox label clickable for optional section fill-ins, and updates its help section for Japanese and Italian localizations. Additionally, equality abbreviations in the Symbol group now end with two equal signs (such as “>==”). It’s rounded out by many other unnamed minor fixes and improvements. Spacebar Magnifies Photos in iPhoto '08
In iPhoto '08, you can choose whether double-clicking on a photo will edit it or magnify it. I prefer my double-clicks to edit photos, but every now and then it's nice to magnify a photo. To do that, even when double-click is set to edit, just select the photo and press the Spacebar.

HI there. The other day on Mac Break Weekly, Leo was doing an add for Smile software regarding Textexpander. He mentioned that TidBits had made some great snippets that can be shared . Is this true? If so how can I get some Thanks.
I suspect Leo was talking about the TidBITS AutoCorrect Dictionary, which is available within TextExpander as a predefined group. Choose File > Add Predefined Group... and select it.
