Hide TextExpander in the Dock

If you don't want to see TextExpander's icon in the Dock and the application switcher, you can remove it. Just open TextExpander > Preferences > Appearance, and select Hide TextExpander Icon in Dock. You'll still be able to access TextExpander from its menubar icon.

The more that comes out about Netflix CEO Reed Hastings, the more it seems that he fundamentally doesn’t understand how miffed customers were about his proposed split between the streaming (Netflix) and DVD (Qwikster) businesses. I laughed watching a news clip of analysts talking about the stock plunge today. They were tripping all over themselves to say how successful Hastings had been up to the point. Perhaps NetFlix had been more lucky than good and they'd been chugging the Kool-Aid?
