Apple fixed a couple of WebKit security vulnerabilities with the release of Safari 6.0.2. Specifically, the update patches two problems that could lead to application termination or arbitrary code execution — one due to the handling of JavaScript arrays that was addressed with additional validation (CVE-2012-3748) and another due to the implementation of scalable vector graphic (SVG) images that was addressed through improved memory handling (CVE-2012-5112). There are no new features or other bug fixes. The update is available for OS X 10.8.2 Mountain Lion via the App Store app and for 10.7.5 Lion via Software Update. (Free, 44.8 MB)

File Email with a Key in Apple Mail
In Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or later, you can use the simple and fun MsgFiler Mail plug-in to file Mail messages using keyboard shortcuts.
New in Apple Mail 4 (the 10.6 Snow Leopard version), to assign a keyboard shortcut to any mailbox on the Move To or Copy To submenu, you can also open the Keyboard pane of System Preferences, click Keyboard Shortcuts, and select Application Shortcuts in the list on the left. Click the + button, choose Mail from the Application pop-up menu, type the name of the mailbox in the Menu Title field, click in the Keyboard Shortcut field, and press the keystroke combination you want to use. Then click Add.

Is the App Store error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -3001.)(102)" limited to outside the US?
See below.
For what it's worth, I looked up -3001:
NSURLErrorCannotOpenFile
Returned when NSURLDownload was unable to open the downloaded file on disk.

Not sure if you were getting the error message when trying to update Safari yesterday or this morning but it seemed pretty much world wide. This link will download it for you: http://swcdn.apple.com/content/downloads/53/02/041-8081/2jwp4wjrwygtm4lc608qy4h0 n4a9yyq37g/Safari6.0.2Mountain.pkg
What're the implications of this in the future? Do I become responsible for manually installing Safari 6.0.3?
I know there's probably no way you can know that, I'm just throwing it out there. :)

After applying the 6.0.2 update, the icon for Safari in the dock and that shows up when you press Command-tab is apparently lo-res, as it is pixelated.
I get this on a MacBook with OS X 10.7.5
You can't use this version of the application safari with this version of Mac OS X.
You have Mac OS X 10.7.5. The application requires Mac OS X 10.8 or later.
WTF?

I am using 10.8.2 on a 15" MBP mid-2012.
Upgraded to 6.02 with no problem, but as it has been for a few months now, Safari is still so slow as to be unusable.
