The iPad was Apple’s fastest growing product for several years, but sales have slowed, and analyst Ben Bajarin offers a few possible reasons why. He focuses on the point that, while they can do many things well, there’s little tablets can do that a computer or smartphone can’t do as well or better. Why iPad Sales Are Slowing
Well, one reason I haven't replaced my iPad 3 is due to iOS 7. If they'd dump the sucky interface and go back to the beautiful earlier one, I'd by a new iPad in a heartbeat, most likely a Mini with Retina. I respect Jony Ives as a HARDWARE designer, but for software he is in way over his head. It is sad to see such arrogance.
