Fetch 5.7.4

Fetch Softworks has released Fetch 5.7.4, a bug-squishing update that also deals with a couple of cosmetic issues when running in OS X 10.10 Yosemite. The venerable file transfer client fixes compatibility problems with some versions of the Bulletproof FTP server (as well as with the LIST -al command and some FTP servers), resolves problems with creating folders on and uploading files to some SFTP servers, fixes a problem with slow scrolling on 10.9 Mavericks, stamps out an issue with choosing a default shortcut, improves the stop button appearance on Yosemite, and adopts Mavericks code signing. Unfortunately, the Mac App Store edition is still stuck on version 5.7.3 as of this writing.
