			<description><![CDATA[It's not a finalized feature yet, you can turn it on by going into preferences in about:config, it's plugins.click_to_play. It's definitely a work in progress and in particular may not be ready in the Mac version. I saw bug reports about it and when I went to youtube.com and nbc.com, tapping to activate the Flash plugin did not make anything happen.<br><br>https://wiki.mozilla.org/Opt-in_activation_for_plugins]]></description>
