			<description><![CDATA[For anyone wondering about the slightly shocking looking wounds on my forehead, they're the 12-day-later results of a fairly serious bike crash after my rear tire blew during a high-speed turn. Luckily, my helmet bore the brunt of the impact, with dents and cracks on both sides and the front. I can only imagine what would have happened if I hadn't been wearing it.]]></description>
