Track Changes Dates Reset on Save As in Word 2008

If you regularly use the Save As feature to create new drafts while working in Word 2008, you might notice that with Track Changes enabled, previously time-stamped comments and edits have their times reset to the Save As date and time. Work around this by sticking with your original file, but using Save As (or just File > Duplicate in the Finder) to make backup copies.

 
 

Apple CEO Tim Cook made an appearance at the WSJD Live conference, and Apple Spotlight has listed some of the most interesting tidbits from that interview. Cook said that Apple Pay activated over one million credit cards in the first 72 hours, that Apple stopped making the iPod Classic because it could no longer obtain the parts for it, and he again hinted at future TV plans by comparing the current TV experience to living in the 1970s. Not mentioned in the summary was Cook’s hint at an Apple Pay partnership with the e-commerce giant Alibaba.
