RAM Doubler 1.5.2 Patch — The last two issues of TidBITS – TidBITS-278 and TidBITS-279 – reported on Connectix’s new RAM Doubler 1.5.2 and 1.5.2a. (To recap, the RAM Doubler 1.5.2a Updater has a higher memory allocation, thus correcting troubles some people had with updating to version 1.5.2; if you successfully updated to version 1.5.2, you don’t need 1.5.2a.) If you recently downloaded either RAM Doubler updater, you may have noticed a RAM Doubler 1.5.2 patch. The patch is an extension, and it corrects a freezing problem that happens when you launch Symantec Project Manager 8.0 or 8.0.1 on a Power Macintosh running RAM Doubler 1.5.2.
