ScreenFlow 5.0.4

by Agen G. N. Schmitz

Telestream has released ScreenFlow 5.0.4 [1], a maintenance update to the popular screencast recording app. The update fixes a crash when using the Flash transition, resolves a problem with exporting and video decoding using certain video codecs that resulted in incorrect frames potentially placed in areas of the timeline that had transitions and splits, fixes a bug where built-in OS X transitions missed their transition properties, resolves a video playback issue caused by a specific (though unspecified) video codec, and fixes an authorization issue when signing into Vimeo. For a complete rundown of the new features, read the PDF release notes from Telestream’s download page for version 5.0.4 (requires login). ($99 new from the Telestream Web site or $99.99 from the Mac App Store [2], 52.3 MB, 10.10+)
