WWDC 2015 Ticket Lottery Opens for June Event

Apple has opened the Web site for the 2015 installment of the company’s perennially oversubscribed Worldwide Developers Conference, revealing that the dates for this year’s conference will be from June 8th through 12th. As always, WWDC remains the event for developers to learn about the future of OS X and iOS. It features more than 100 technical sessions, hands-on labs, and over 1,000 Apple engineers to talk to.

As with last year, Apple will be using a random lottery to choose which developers have the opportunity to pay $1,599 to attend the five-day conference. To sign up for the lottery, click the Register link on the WWDC Tickets page, log in with your developer credentials, and submit your information. Registrations must be submitted before Friday, 17 April 2015 at 10 AM PDT, and Apple will inform you of your status by Monday, 20 April 2015 at 5 PM PDT. If you’re chosen, the credit/debit card
associated with your account will automatically be charged.

A limited number of scholarships are available to students and members of participating STEM organizations around the world; see the Scholarships page for eligibility and application requirements.
