Adobe Acrobat/Reader 10.0.1
Adobe has released updates to its PDF authoring and reading tools, Acrobat and Reader. The new versions of each address critical security vulnerabilities and improve overall stability. The Reader update also improves Protected Mode, along with QTP, Flash, and SCCM support. (Free updates, various sizes)
I don't think it is for PPC's any more, only for Intel Macs.
I updated and discovered upon trying to print a downloaded pdf document in Safari, that the update had made Adobe Reader the default, rather than Preview which it had been before. Went to Adobe Reader Preferences/Internet, and the option to uncheck Reader as the default was blocked!!!! After researching online, found that by going to Library/Internet Plug-ins and removing AdobePDFViewer Plug-in, that solved the problem. Why does Adobe do that???
