Airfoil 5.1.2
Rogue Amoeba has released Airfoil 5.1.2 to correct a problem where connections to Apple TVs running tvOS 10 would drop after approximately 4 minutes, as well as to banish an erroneous “No buffer space available” message that would appear in macOS 10.12 Sierra. The wireless audio broadcasting app also improves detection of speakers that have disappeared from the network, fixes a bug that displayed pixelated album artwork, and makes adjustments so FaceTime can be captured in Sierra. Additionally, Airfoil now requires Instant On to capture audio from iTunes due to changes made in iTunes 12.5 (a prompt will appear if needed).
