Firefox 84

Mozilla has issued Firefox 84, introducing native support for M1-based Macs and improving performance dramatically over the non-native build in version 83. (Make sure to quit and relaunch after updating on an M1-based Mac.) The update also rolls out WebRender—Mozilla’s GPU-based 2D rendering engine—to macOS 11 Big Sur and is the final release of the Web browser to support Adobe Flash.
