Mailplane 4.0.6

Uncomplex has released Mailplane 4.0.6 with typing and keyboard shortcut performance improvements for the recently upgraded Gmail-specific email client (see “Mailplane Goes Chrome and Adds Features,” 17 August 2018). The release also adds an option in Preferences to to open Google Drive in your default Web browser, improves text replacements with support for multi-line and punctuation trigger replacements, ensures that images can be placed inline even if the default method is set to Attach, fixes drop files functionality in Google Inbox, enables you to save files to Google Drive by holding the Option key while hovering over the attachment, and resolves issues where Gmail didn’t load in offline mode. ($29.95 new, upgrade pricing available from Mailplane 3, free update, 62.9 MB, release notes, 10.12+)
