Mellel 4.1.3

RedleX has pushed out Mellel 4.1.3, a maintenance update primarily focused on bug fixes for the word processor built for long-form writing. The release adds support for non-breaking hyphens and soft hyphens in DOCX imports, resolves an issue that broke hyperlinks in headers and footers when exported to PDF, fixes a bug that caused strange positioning of popovers, removes annotations from text when converting it to an auto-title or citation, and fixes a bug that prevented editing of the URL field in the hyperlink edit panel.
