Nisus Software has released Nisus Writer Pro 2.1.9 to fix a frustrating problem with trackpad usage that could sporadically trigger unwanted zooming that would result in tiny zoom percentages (i.e., zoom set to just 2%). The update to the powerful word processor also ensures that system scrolling preferences are respected regarding the behavior for clicks in the scrollbar area (paging versus jumping), resolves a crash that could occur when editing footnotes in Page View, and makes certain that table columns are not artificially restricted to a maximum width of 1000 points.
