The Omni Group has released OmniFocus 2.6.2, which fixes a bug that could introduce corruption when editing repeating items on multiple devices. If you do encounter this error on the Mac (or when running OmniFocus for iOS 2.15 or later), see this Omni Group support document for recovery steps.
