PopChar X 7.5

Ergonis Software has pushed out PopChar X 7.5, adding support for combined emojis in the Apple Color Emoji font (characters created from “zero width joiner” character sequences, such as couple and family icons). The character discovery utility adds font format information (OpenType, TrueType, PostScript) to the Font Info view, allows use of the Enter key in the keyboard shortcut for opening the PopChar window, enables you to start a search for characters without having to select the search field first, and fixes a bug that resulted in a large empty space when looking for a character in a collapsed group.
