Safari 16.5.1

Apple has released Safari 16.5.1 for macOS 12 Monterey (presumably Safari in macOS 11 Big Sur wasn’t affected) to fix a WebKit vulnerability addressed in recent updates to iOS, iPadOS, and macOS (see “Apple Updates All Active Operating Systems to Block Exploited Security Vulnerabilities,” 21 June 2023). We recommend updating right away. You can download Safari 16.5.1 only via Software Update. (Free, release notes, macOS 12+)
