Typinator 7.7

Ergonis has released Typinator 7.7, bringing compatibility with macOS 10.14 Mojave and its new Dark mode. Ergonis recommends upgrading to Typinator 7.7 before installing Mojave to avoid compatibility issues and ensure a seamless transition. On the Mojave front, the update works around an inconvenience where the system asks once for each target application whether Typinator should be allowed to “control the application,” fixes a bug related to truncated messages in the app’s window, and correctly updates the position of the app window’s top/bottom splitter.

The text-expansion tool also improves the display of invisible characters in the expansion field (particularly embedded pictures and tall fonts), improves the hotkey field implementation, resolves some potential crashes, and improves memory handling in input forms avoids potential memory leaks.
