What I Like

Ithaca, New York - The corn, tomatoes, apple cider, and other home-grown goodies found here can't be beat!
Sports - Yoga, biking.
Tristan Engst - Nine years old! Playing the cello (movie), first-day-of-school photos, and very old photos.
Ithaca Children's School/Stone Circle School - Alternative elementary education in Ithaca that goes way beyond the three Rs. The school's Web site is at www.ithacawaldorf.org.
An Inconvenient Truth - Well, I can't say that I like the problems discussed in the movie, but if you've been wanting to put your lifestyle on an energy diet, you'll find the movie inspiring. It inspired Adam and I to replace a 25-year-old fridge and to start replacing car miles with bike miles. Since getting serious about biking in April 2008, we've replaced over 500 car miles with bike miles, and I am vastly more healthy.
