Trash Tip for Mac OS 8 PowerBook Users

NetBITS
editor in chief Glenn Fleishman recently noted: "Pressing Command-Delete is a convenient way to move selected files in the Finder to the Trash without mouse action. But, if you accidentally hit Command-Power – a mistake that’s all too easy to make on a PowerBook – you’ll instead be presented with a debugger dialog box containing a > character. In some, but not all cases (it depends on the state of the Mac when you entered the internal debugger), you can continue by pressing g (g stands for ‘go’) and Return. Much of the time, you’ll be returned to the Finder where you can continue working."
