Audio Hijack 3.7.2

Rogue Amoeba has released Audio Hijack 3.7 with improvements to the recently added Live Stream feature (see “Audio Hijack 3.7,” 3 April 2020). The Live Stream block now supports streaming RTMPS services (including Facebook Live), ensures the Broadcast and Live Stream blocks correctly pull track titles and album artwork from current versions of Audirvana, allows the opening of folders to navigate to the desired location in the Other Source dialog, and fixes a bug that prevented animated GIFs from incorrectly animating in Live Stream’s Logo field.

The audio recording and streaming utility also now supports Facebook Messenger as a VoIP audio source for recording, resolves an issue that could cause the Source selector in Application Source blocks to behave in unexpected ways, improves the performance of Spotify track title retrieval, and ensures edits made in the Recordings tab are committed prior to passing a file elsewhere with the Actions menu. ($49 new, free update, 18.3 MB, release notes, macOS 10.12+)
