Final Cut Pro 11.1.1 and Compressor 4.10.1

Apple has published maintenance updates for its professional video apps Final Cut Pro 11.1.1 and Compressor 4.10.1. Both apps fix an issue that caused inconsistent frame rates when sharing with the “Allow export segmentation” setting. Final Cut Pro also addresses an issue that could cause MXF media to play back incorrectly and improves reliability when adding video to drop zones in the inspector. In addition, Compressor improves reliability when exporting ProRes 422 clips in MXF format. (Free updates.
