Firefox 135

Mozilla has released Firefox 135 with a few welcome updates. The Web browser now includes safeguards to prevent sites from abusing the history API by generating excessive history entries (which can hinder navigation with the back and forward buttons) and adds an option to close only the current tab when the Quit keyboard shortcut is used while multiple tabs are open in the window. Additionally, the update rolls out Firefox’s credit card autofill feature to more locations outside the US, renames the Copy Without Site Tracking menu item to Copy Clean Link for improved clarity, tweaks the Translations feature to reduce the chances of models inventing words under certain circumstances, and introduces support for translating Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, along with Russian as a target language for translating into.
