Marked 2.5.46

Brett Terpstra has released Marked 2.5.46, enabling you to define a reading speed (words per minute) in preferences to calculate reading time. The Markdown previewer improves multi-line highlight and deletion handling, ignores indented code blocks when highlighting, adds a return key for autoscroll to help with a heads-up display, resolves issues with multi-line deletions, and fixes a bug with the removal of blank HTML entities from the output (used to ensure proper handling of mark, del, and u tags).
