OmniFocus 4.5

The Omni Group has released OmniFocus 4.5 with new and rewritten Shortcuts actions and enhanced Spotlight results. The task management app’s enhanced Shortcuts include the new Complete Action, Complete Project, and Find Folders actions, the updated Today’s Forecast (with support for due, deferred, tagged, and flagged actions), and the beta Find Actions and Find Projects Shortcuts. Spotlight integration has been completely rewritten to show actions, action groups, projects, folders, tags, default perspectives, and custom perspectives; it also now matches results on the Mac with those available on iPhone, iPad, and Vision Pro.

The Mac App of the Year Finalist also updates color palette options to include a black background for increased contrast, adds support for custom fonts, and provides an updated text size slider with a wider range of sizes (from 9 to 42 point).
