PopChar X 8.4

Ergonis Software has released PopChar X 8.4, bringing compatibility with macOS 10.14 Mojave and its new Dark mode. Ergonis recommends upgrading to PopChar 8.4 before installing Mojave to avoid compatibility issues and ensure a seamless transition. On the Mojave front, the update fixes a drawing problem with an extremely slow response and resolves a text artifact that appeared on top of the formatted insertion mode button.

The character discovery utility also improves the visibility of certain icons, hides the shape finder button when it makes no sense, rectifies strange jumps while moving the PopChar window, fixes a potential crash when the PopChar window was moved offscreen, and remembers the selected font collection across restarts.
