The release updates the ARK plugin to version 12.2 to improve compatibility with Rogue Amoeba’s Loopback, enables you to add audio effects to Siri, corrects an issue that could cause exceedingly high CPU usage, correctly captures audio from Apple’s Screen Sharing app, ensures that audio is captured as expected from Java-based audio sub-processes of applications, displays a warning on any application operating in exclusive (“hog”) mode, addresses rare audio issues following waking a machine from sleep, ensure per-application menu bar meters are correctly activated, and adds an option to deactivate its audio processing temporarily when using other system-wide audio adjustment software.
