SuperDuper 3.12

Shirt Pocket has published SuperDuper 3.12 with an important security update for the backup app. The release removes the advanced option to install a package on the target volume after copy due to a vulnerability that could allow a third party to install an arbitrary package. The update also restores an option to execute before and after copy scripts with privileges, addresses a regression that caused copies to an unmounted disk image on macOS 12 Monterey and earlier to fail, and fixes an edge-case bug that could copy partially unreadable files without reporting an I/O error. (Free for basic functionality, $27.95 for additional features, free update, 9.2 MB, release notes, macOS 10.13+)
