Ulysses 37

Ulysses has issued version 37 of its eponymous writing app with enhancements to the Dashboard and a critical fix. Ulysses 37 addresses a surprising error introduced in the previous version that could lead to an empty library after a system update or setting up a new device. The Dashboard has been updated to show a list of sheets that link to the current sheet (enabling you to use these Backlinks to jump to the corresponding sheet), display the creation and modification dates of the current sheet (you can change the creation date, though not the modification date), and show all note and image attachments in the Overview pane. The release also exports marked text correctly when publishing to WordPress, ensures links in the Table of Contents are correctly handled when exporting to EPUB, and introduces revision mode, which includes an advanced grammar and style check and combines in-text annotations with the system’s spell check. ($5.99/$39.99 monthly/yearly subscription from the Mac App Store, in Setapp, free update, 40.9 MB, release notes, macOS 13+)
