Zoom Workplace 6.2

Zoom has released Zoom Workplace 6.2 with improvements and bug fixes for the videoconferencing app. The release adds an option to play audio tones when muting or unmuting the microphone, provides a consistent reminder when you are speaking while muted during a meeting (here’s hoping this reduces the nonstop problems with people forgetting to unmute), allows participants to enable the AI companion and meeting summary without the host, makes the icons to enter a webinar or enter backstage more prominent, revamps the calendar color palette with consistent color mapping, resolves an issue where the Workplace desktop app pasted only the first digit of the 2FA code, and fixes a bug where the Q&A window did not appear on top of the slide presentation in full screen during screen sharing.
