Apple has overhauled and expanded its free Swift learning curricula: Everyone Can Code for young students and Develop in Swift for mature ones.

The Swift Playgrounds app—a kinder, gentler way to learn Swift programming—is now available for Mac users running macOS 10.15.3 Catalina or later.
